3 Ways I Can Help You

1

STRENGTHEN YOUR MINDSET + FAITH

Grief feels overwhelming, but you don’t have to carry it alone. I’ll guide you with simple tools like journaling, prayer, and calming practices that reconnect you to God’s truth and help you breathe again. You'll be able to find moments of peace, calm, and strength even in the hardest days.

2

BUILD RESILIENCE + EMOTIONAL SKILLS

When the waves of grief hit, it's easy to feel like you're drowning. Together we'll unpack your emotions, give you practical strategies to make it through even the hardest days, and create a safe space where you don’t have to pretend to be “strong.” You'll learn it's okay to navigate grief your own way.

3

REBUILD YOUR LIFE WITH PURPOSE

Your life won't ever be the same, but that doesn't mean it can't be good again, because it can. We will release any guilt you may be feeling along with anger and sadness, honor your loved one's memory (no you don't have to forget them), and step into a future built on hope, joy, and meaning.

Helping women navigate grief their own way and rebuild a life of joy and purpose

you don't have to navigate grief alone

I believe grief may break your heart, but it doesn't have to break your future. Having navigated my own grief journey and learning through the "school of hard knocks", I help women find steady ground and permission to grieve in their own way. When you weave faith, community, and support into your life, you'll never have to travel your grief journey alone.

healing starts with hope and a choice

Time alone doesn't heal. It just dulls the edges of the grief and may help us carry it a little more easily (or at least less visibly). Healing comes from finding a glimmer of hope and choosing to move forward, building emotional skills to handle life's challenges, and rebuilding your new "normal" life with purpose and intention. When you do this, you'll discover that joy and purpose are still possible

When I met Kim I wasn’t sure what was holding me back. She gave me a gentle kick in the right direction and supported me until I found my own confidence.
